Before the visit
You complete a priority list ahead of time, and the team works it until it is finished or the scheduled time runs out — extra time is added only with your approval. Picking up clutter beforehand keeps the whole visit on cleaning.
The day before
The office calls with an estimated arrival time. Prefer mornings or afternoons? Tell the office once and it is noted for your schedule.
Cleaning day
The team calls or texts when they head your way, arrives with supplies and equipment, and checks the work against the 49-point process before calling it clean.
Worth knowing
Reschedule or cancel a visit with at least 48 hours' notice — the schedule is never overbooked, so late cancellations are charged in full.
Maid OK does not work Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's. If your visit lands on one of those, the office reaches out about a month ahead to move it.
